"I have always had trouble finding an insurance company with good deals within my budget I was so excited to finally find one ! I spoke with agent Abigail Parker and she was soo helpful and found me the perfect deal for my budget ! "Stephanie Lee’s office never responds to my emails(I use my agent’s email address so someone should be responding). I don’t feel like a valued customer there and have canceled my insurance with them. I was with them for 6 years and haven’t been any trouble. They really don’t have the customer’s best interest at heart nor do they uphold the StateFarm’s motto “Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there.” Plus their multi car insurance is outrageous, and when I called and said I had to cancel my policy due to it being too expensive, they didn’t even try to help me get a better deal, instead they asked when a good date was for me to cancel. This office really needs to enroll their representatives in some customer service trainings. Ask questions. make suggestions, and be friendly. Customers usually need guidance, and those three steps would help out a lot when trying to give good quality customer service."
