"Hello to whom it may concern & my agent ( Nayeli) I just wanted to send this message to State Farm agents and everybody there at the office the one in clear Lake for sending me the quotes for insurance on two trucks and helping me get back in with State Farm . The patience that they had with me to take care of my needs on it , and discussing everything by detailed so I can understand everything SO This is the season why I wanted to return back to State Farm ….so again THANK YOU STATE FARM very much. "I got forced to add personal injury protection, vehicle body damage coverage to my policy during the policy renewal. When I contacted the office to remove the forced coverages and change my policy Bill. They asked me to sign the rejection. I had signed the rejection form even though there is no need for me to sign on it as those coverages were forced on me. its been 3 months i have submitted my rejection form. Even till today they haven't revised my payment bill. As a result i am out of my budget and borrowing money to pay the forced bill on me. When i call and ask about my revised bill they are answering me in a rude manner."

Every time I call there it's like sunshine is answering the phone. When I've had those times when I really needed a friendly face because of the situation I was in they were like a Saving Grace and a hand up out of a Dark Cloud. "I have always had trouble finding an insurance company with good deals within my budget I was so excited to finally find one ! I spoke with agent Abigail Parker and she was soo helpful and found me the perfect deal for my budget !
